Raised in Warsaw Ontario, Cam received Christ when a member of the Plymouth Brethren knocked on his door and shared the gospel with him, in 1943. Since being baptized in a river at the height of WWII, Cam's life has never been the same. Cam has been many things to many people: a husband and father to six children, a master electrician, the Mayor of the city of Peterborough; but Cam prefers now to be known as a simple follower of Jesus. Through all these years, Cam has learned that he can stop striving to try to be righteous or to please God with his actions. Jesus, His grace, His righteousness, His peace, His power, His love, His strength and every good thing already lives inside us- and has ever since we reached out and received him on the day we were first saved.

Yvonne's experience working with kids is the most fulfilling job she has ever done. She has been working with kids aged zero and up for the past 13 years within diverse settings. Working with them is very rewarding. This helps to motivate her each day knowing that she can help to make a different in the life of a child. Kids are the leaders of tomorrow, so leaving a footprint in their childhood is very rewarding to Yvonne. Her favorite dish is Stew Peas and White Rice Kidney beans cooked with different types of meat and a piece of corned pigtail (and some little spinners to help put the zest into it!)
